This is a visual and themed book list and recommendations A3 poster.
It is appropriate for all primary school aged children, and showcases a range of picture books, graphic novels and standard chapter books.
They are all LGBTQA+ inclusive and feature characters with this representation, e.g. main characters feeling a little different and celebrating individuality, same sex parents, gender non-conforming children, etc. All of these books are well written, modern, positive and diverse.
This poster can be put up not just for Pride Month, but at any time of the year around your school. Make sure to have some of the books available in your classroom or school library so that children can read and enjoy these fantastic stories.
